Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and the Investing platform are offered under The Wealth Company brand and are provided through Asit C. Mehta Investment Intermediates Ltd (ACMIIL), a Pantomath Group company. ACMIIL holds the applicable SEBI registrations for these activities: SEBI-registered Portfolio Manager (INP000005801) and Stock Broker (INZ000186336). All regulated functions under PMS and Investing are carried out by ACMIIL in its capacity as the licensed entity.
