About The Wealth Company

An investment institutionbuilt on a single conviction.

Institutional-grade investment intelligence should be available to every serious investor in India — not only to those who can meet the thresholds of private banking or family offices.

A Pantomath
Group Company

The Wealth Company is the investment management and advisory arm of the Pantomath Group — a diversified financial services institution with deep roots in Indian capital markets.

The group spans investment banking, asset management, alternative investments, direct market access and wealth advisory. The Wealth Company brings these capabilities together into a coherent ecosystem for individual investors.

Why we exist

The gap we saw — and why we chose to close it.

In India, the quality of investment guidance has historically depended on the size of your portfolio. Private banking, family offices and institutional mandates reserved their most rigorous thinking for those who could meet minimum thresholds.

Everyone else received scaled-down advice from scaled-down professionals — the same under-researched products, the same disconnection between an investor's actual situation and the guidance they received.

The Wealth Company was built to close that gap. Not by lowering the standard of what serious investment management looks like — but by making that standard available to every investor willing to engage seriously with their financial future.

What we built

  • An AMC with institutional discipline

Mutual funds managed with the same depth of research applied in private equity. Deep Diligence Before. Active Involvement After.

  • A PMS for conviction investors

Focused portfolios. GARP framework. Top-quartile independently verified. For investors ready to invest Rs50L+ with a long view.

  • AIF access for accredited investors

Bharat Value Fund and Bharat Bhoomi Fund — institutional-grade structures with sovereign fund co-investment.

  • A platform for direct market access

Full-service investing — equity, F&O, mutual funds, bonds, IPOs — with the research infrastructure to support it.

  • Dedicated advisory for complex wealth

Private Clients — senior advisor, full ecosystem coordination, for situations where wealth has become genuinely complex.

The builder behind the vision

"I did not inherit wealth. But I learned how to build it, and so can many other women. Serious financial guidance should not be reserved for a few. It should be available to anyone willing to think clearly about their future."

Founder & Managing Director

India's first woman AMC founder

Madhu Lunawat built The Wealth Company from within the Pantomath Group — the institution she and Mahavir Lunawat built across Indian capital markets. In 2023, she became India's first woman to receive a SEBI AMC registration.

The institution she built reflects a single conviction across five businesses, a financial inclusion programme active across India, and an investment team that has stayed together for an average of eight years.

Mahavir Lunawat is co-founder and Director of the Pantomath Group and The Wealth Company.

What we believe

Four convictions that shape every decision we make.

  • 01

Serious investment intelligence should not be gated behind minimum ticket sizes.

The quality of thinking behind a mutual fund should be identical to the quality behind a Rs50 crore AIF. The vehicle changes. The intellectual rigour does not.

  • 02

Deep diligence before is not a process. It is a philosophy.

We study businesses the way a principal owner would — not a trader. The holding period is long. The conviction is earned through analysis, not momentum.

  • 03

The best investment decisions are made in the context of a person's actual life.

Risk tolerance, time horizon, income, goals — these are the substance of an advisory relationship that should persist over decades, not quarters.

  • 04

Financial inclusion requires creating new financial professionals, not just new products.

The people who deliver financial guidance should look like India — different regions, different backgrounds, different starting points.

Building India

The people who provide financial guidance should look like India.

Financial inclusion is not charity. It is a different kind of institution-building. The Wealth Company created MF Didi and MF Dost because making investment products accessible was necessary — but not sufficient.
